Justin Garza

Current ‘tending at: Firehouse

How do you take your Fireball?: Preferably Neat. In fact, I’ll take it however it’s given, it’s always smooth.

Likes: It tastes like it’s 40 proof, but the side effects feel much different!

Best part about being a bartender?: Getting to hang out with my Arizona family on a daily basis, and my Firehouse crew.

Worst part: Everyone knows the worst part about bartending are the terrible hours and having an inconsistent sleep pattern, haha.

This one time I was bartending and…: I refused to serve an intoxicated male in a wheelchair. Five minutes later I saw him down the street getting a DUI…..in his wheelchair.

Final thoughts: I support, drink and feel honored to be the Fireball Bartender of the month. Thank you for the opportunity and thanks to all you lovely folks at Fireball for making the best sipping whisky on the market!

Carmen Refsnes

Currently ‘tending at: Houndstooth Saloon

How do you take your Fireball?: I ignite the night! Line up many shots in a row, straight up, and ice cold!

Likes: Bartending, Arizona State University – Go Sundevils, hanging out with friends, cooking, painting, traveling, and serving up Fireball shots (of course)!

Dislikes: UofA and Auburn

Best part about being a bartender?: The nightlife, social scene of meeting new people, working witha great staff, and introducing someone to Fireball for the first time.

This one time I was bartending and…: A couple of guys jumped over the bar and tried to help out bartending…epic fail!

Final thoughts: Fireball is my favorite whisky and all time favorite shot. I encourage everyone to go out and try some!
